Before Your Appointment
To provide you with the best possible care, please gather your health history documents before your visit.
Your Visit
We respect your time and do our best to stay on schedule. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. If you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice.
During your first visit, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history
- Take X-rays of your teeth and mouth
- Provide a thorough cleaning and polish
- Check for gum disease or gingivitis
- Conduct a comprehensive dental exam with your doctor
- Discuss your treatment plan and answer any questions
We encourage open communication and want you to feel comfortable throughout your visit.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is expected at the time of your visit. We offer a 10% courtesy discount for full payment and are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf. We also provide flexible payment options, including financing through personal finance companies and credit cards.
