Meet Dr. Aaron Smith

Dr. Aaron Smith is a Quincy, Illinois native who is excited to be back home practicing dentistry and serving the community he grew up in.

After graduating from Quincy Notre Dame, Dr. Smith attended Maryville University in St. Louis, where he earned his degree in Biology. From there, he headed to Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Dr. Aaron Smith believes dentistry is about more than just fixing teeth. He enjoys getting to know his patients, making them feel comfortable in the chair, and helping them understand their oral health without making things more complicated than they need to be. His goal is for every patient to feel like they are being treated as a person, not just a set of teeth on a chart.

Outside of the office he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Coming back to Quincy to practice dentistry has been especially meaningful for Dr. Smith, and he is ecstatic to be taking care of the same community that helped shape who he is today.
